Terms and Conditions

4 Dogs & Horses is an online store that sells products for dogs, cats and horses and to yourself.
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders and shop from our webshop.

We deliver to most EU countries.

We reserve the right for any final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our site.

You choose whether you want to log in as a customer or shop without a login. Login makes it easier for you to shop next time and you get information on offers and news.


Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are shown in Euro, Swedish   crown with or without VAT.

You can pay by Credit Card Mastercard-Visa /NETS Easy. Easy and safe payments.


Shipping and delivery

Your order will be shipped with DHL. to agent near your place.  Delivery time is about 4-8 working days
Homedelivery possibly for extra cost. 
Parcels which customer don´t pic up and comes to return-customer pays all the cost.


Returns and Complaints

We guarantee the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned goods should be delivered in the original packaging, bearing no signs of damage or use. The returned product must be accompanied with documents and the receipt. Refund for returned goods shall be effected within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the bank account indicated by you.

Product transport costs (in both directions) are borne by the Ordering person. We do not accept COD shipments.

Exhange

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on items purchased at our store.  Instead of exchanging the purchased item, you can return it and we will make a refund to your account. Should you need a different size or want to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Complaints

Upon receipt of the ordered goods, please check the state and content of delivered shipping. In case of any damage or irregularities, please contact our shop.
